These Terms govern bid.design, including the boards, checkout, games, Credits, and related features, operated by Lazy Uzer Studio (“we”, “us”). Contact support@lazyuzerstudio.com.

They work with How it works, the Privacy Policy, and Copyrights. If those pages conflict with these Terms, these Terms control. How it works describes ranking mechanics; it is not a separate contract.

Using the service, submitting a project, playing, paying, or spending Credits means you agree. Before checkout or Credit publication you must confirm that agreement with the checkbox we show. If you do not agree, do not use bid.design and do not pay.

bid.design is a paid and earned public ranking for websites and X profiles. A verified cash payment or Credit spend buys labelled placement at the rank its bid total reaches when fulfilled. Listings are paid or earned advertisements, not editorial reviews, certifications, endorsements, or independent awards.

A bid does not buy traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, exclusive placement, a fixed duration at a specific rank, search-engine ranking, or any particular result. Someone else can bid more and outrank you. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, including boosts, categories, games, and ranking formulas, as described on How it works at the time you commit.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to form a binding contract. If you use the service for a company, you represent that you can bind that company, and “you” includes that company. You may not use the service if you are prohibited from receiving it under applicable law, including trade sanctions.

You may only list a site or X profile you own or are authorized to represent. The live destination should identify who is legally responsible for it. Missing, fake, or impersonating details are grounds for removal without refund.

Cash checkout is processed by Stripe in US dollars. Stripe’s terms also apply to the payment itself. We do not store full card numbers. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Amounts, minimums, and first-place increments are described on How it works and shown before you pay. Completing checkout is an offer to buy placement on those terms. Rank is assigned when payment is confirmed and the listing is written to the board, at whatever position that verified bid total reaches.

A cash placement starts only after our server verifies Stripe’s payment event, not after a browser return page. A Credit bid debits the wallet and records the bid in one server transaction.

Completed, verified cash payments are final and not refundable. Placement is a digital service that begins when payment is confirmed: the listing is created or the rank is raised, and the amount is counted on the public board. Being outranked later, fewer clicks than you hoped for, a category you dislike, downtime, or a later removal for breach does not create a refund.

By completing checkout you ask us to start that digital service immediately and, to the extent the law allows, you lose any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period. Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, we honor it. Chargebacks or reversed payments without a legally required basis are a breach; we may remove the listing and refuse future use.

If we cannot provide a paid placement for our own operational reason before it goes live, we will refund the unused payment; processor and currency-conversion timing may vary. Breach, safety, or integrity removals after publication are not refundable.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, reproduce, adapt for display, and publicly show the listing and the public metadata we fetch, for as long as needed to operate, moderate, promote, and archive the service. Visitors may see that listing on bid.design. Takedown does not undo a completed payment.

We fetch publicly available names, titles, descriptions, logos, and images only to identify the listed destination. That display is nominative identification, not our brand and not a claim that the rights holder endorses us unless you are that rights holder. bid.design, our wordmark, and the interface remain ours. Third-party names, including Stripe and X, remain their owners’ property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or that listings, ranks, or counts are complete or accurate.

We do not limit liability that law says we cannot limit, including for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where that limit is forbidden. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, data, or goodwill, or for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for content submitted by others. Our total liability for a claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid us for the listing that the claim concerns in the 12 months before the claim.

If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a transfer of the service. These Terms, How it works, the Privacy Policy, Copyrights, and the checkout details you confirm are the entire agreement for bid.design.

Payments, hosting, email, threat checks, and capture involve third parties, including Stripe, Vercel, and Supabase. Their outages or decisions are outside our control. Mandatory consumer protections where you live still apply.
